Impacto social<\/h3>\n

Integraci\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de la cadena de valor de la palma de aceite desde el cultivo hasta la producci\u00f3n de diferentes coproductos.<\/p>\n

Cabe mencionar que, la empresa ha trabajado con m\u00e1s de 1.500 personas en iniciativas ambientales, culturales, educativas y de producci\u00f3n.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, Bio D desarrolla el programa C\u00edrculo Simbi\u00f3tico de Negocios con una filosof\u00eda de respeto y bienestar de los clientes, proveedores, empleados, comunidades, vida silvestre y medio ambiente.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Impacto ambiental<\/h3>\n

Bio D forma parte de la alianza TFA2020 COLOMBIA (Tropical Forest Alliance 2020), compromiso cero deforestaci\u00f3n, certificaci\u00f3n RSPO.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bio D ha reducido el consumo de agua en un 40% y de aguas residuales en un 69%, gracias a iniciativas que han surgido de los integrantes a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda bottom up<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la empresa mide su huella de carbono de cara a tomar medidas para mejorar su impacto ambiental.<\/span><\/p>\n

El departamento de I+D+i brinda su apoyo al proceso de Innovaci\u00f3n con sus recursos capacitados y un laboratorio propio para dise\u00f1ar y desarrollar propuestas que permitan la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos en planta de producci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el alcance y promoci\u00f3n de nuevas metas cada vez m\u00e1s integrales. <\/span>Para esto se emplea la metodolog\u00eda Bottom Up<\/em>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, usan la metodolog\u00eda Lean Startup<\/em>, con la cual se mueven para encontrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio sostenible a trav\u00e9s de las iniciativas desarrolladas desde el aceite de palma.<\/span><\/p>\n
