La Espirulina es un alimento natural altamente nutritivo. <\/span><\/p>\n

La Espirulina es una micro alga verde-azul. Es una de las algas m\u00e1s primitivas, pertenece a las cianobacterias. Su nombre cient\u00edfico es Arthrospira Platensis<\/em>, no tiene n\u00facleo y sus membranas celulares son suaves sin la dura celulosa que tienen otras algas y vegetales. Esta caracter\u00edstica es bien importante porque asegura una f\u00e1cil asimilaci\u00f3n de sus nutrientes. Su capacidad nutricional se debe a su elevado contenido de nutrientes esenciales.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Espirulina platensis tiene alta digestibilidad hasta del 95%, porque no posee ninguna superficie de celulosa, esto lo corroboran diversas pruebas nutricionales que han demostrado una excelente biodisponibilidad de sus micronutrientes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Productos Naturela forma parte de las Empresas Amigables con el Medio Ambiente de la regi\u00f3n de la Orinoqu\u00eda. Asimismo, est\u00e1 en el programa de Mercados Verdes, organizado y dirigido por la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma de la regi\u00f3n, Cormacarena. <\/span><\/p>\n

El material de los empaques de los productos busca minimizar el impacto ambiental, empleando materiales reutilizables.<\/span><\/p>\n

Naturela aprovecha al m\u00e1ximo el recurso (espirulina) incluy\u00e9ndolo en todos los productos de su portafolio.<\/p>\n

Han recibido varios reconocimientos, entre los cuales cabe mencionar: Empresa m\u00e1s competitiva y Empresario m\u00e1s innovador, reconocimientos otorgados por la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Villavicencio. La alcald\u00eda del municipio y la Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n del Meta (Cofrem) tambi\u00e9n les han otorgado otras menciones.<\/p>\n

I+D+i pertenece al \u00e1rea productiva de la empresa. El objetivo de Naturela es contar con una\u00a0 cultura de innovaci\u00f3n en todas las \u00e1reas, y lograr el reconocimiento de la unidad de I+D+i por parte de Colciencias. Para ello, la empresa\u00a0 est\u00e1 implementando la NTC 5801.<\/span><\/p>\n

    El enorme contenido nutricional de la Espirulina se debe al balance perfecto de amino\u00e1cidos, vitaminas, minerales, enzimas, polisac\u00e1ridos, antioxidantes, \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales y, principalmente, por su elevado aporte de prote\u00edna 65%, muy superior a todas las fuentes de prote\u00edna conocidos.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Tiene alto contenido en vitamina B12, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, hierro y clorofila, todos ellos de f\u00e1cil asimilaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n
