La harina -remanente despu\u00e9s de extraer el aceite de la nuez de cacay- es un suplemento alimenticio de alto valor nutricional. <\/span><\/p>\n

Obtenido a partir de las nueces de un \u00e1rbol amaz\u00f3nico llamado Cacay<\/em>, mediante un proceso especial que preserva todas sus propiedades y beneficios. <\/span><\/p>\n

La cosecha silvestre genera ingresos a comunidades campesinas e ind\u00edgenas en zonas de conflicto. <\/span><\/p>\n

El cultivo es una nueva alternativa para la seguridad alimentaria del planeta, pues del \u00e1rbol se obtienen: nueces, aceite y harina. <\/span><\/p>\n

Es una alternativa muy rentable que sirve para la sustituci\u00f3n de cultivos il\u00edcitos y la erradicaci\u00f3n de pobreza en el campo. Una hect\u00e1rea genera m\u00e1s de un salario m\u00ednimo mensual, por m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os. <\/span><\/p>\n

Genera empleo y desarrollo en zonas apartadas. A trav\u00e9s de la cosecha silvestre, Kahai genera ingresos a m\u00e1s de 200 familias campesinas e ind\u00edgenas en zonas de conflicto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para atender su demanda, Kahai est\u00e1 reforestando 5.000 hect\u00e1reas de bosque con Cacay, en la Amazon\u00eda colombiana, ayudando a contrarrestar el calentamiento global, mejorando suelos y protegiendo cuencas. <\/span><\/p>\n

Al dar a conocer su potencial econ\u00f3mico, promueve la conservaci\u00f3n de la especie que viene siendo deforestada por su le\u00f1a. <\/span><\/p>\n
