La planta de producci\u00f3n de Incubadora Santander, ubicada en Caloto, Cauca, una regi\u00f3n hist\u00f3ricamente afectada por el conflicto armado, emplea a comunidades locales, incluyendo grupos ind\u00edgenas y afrodescendientes. La empresa tambi\u00e9n contrata personal con maestr\u00edas para liderar los procesos de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, fomentando el desarrollo acad\u00e9mico local a trav\u00e9s de la capacitaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de instituciones. Impacto ambiental<\/h3>\n

La producci\u00f3n de<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Abonissa Cauca<\/span> <\/span><\/span>se realiza mediante un proceso de compostaje, en una clara iniciativa de econom\u00eda circular. Las materias primas iniciales, como gallinaza generada por aves y aguas residuales de proceso, son tratadas en un biodigestor anaerobio. Este enfoque elimina completamente el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental al convertir los residuos en biog\u00e1s, que se utiliza para generar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, y en digestato, que se emplea en la fabricaci\u00f3n del fertilizante org\u00e1nico mineral l\u00edquido.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
